THE BOW TECHNIQUE: For Grounding and Opening Up Your Inner Core
This technique is for opening and clearing your Inner Core by connecting the crown and root chakras. Long, steady breaths of Light fill and surround your energy field with a figure 8 pattern of Light in all directions.
•Begin the process by asking to know the Truth at all levels of the experience.
•Visualize gold or white Light or any color that feels right to you. White Light carries all colors, and it’s best to begin a healing process with it.
•Breathe this Light into the crown chakra, bringing it down through all the chakras and out of the root, connecting you with the earth.
•Breathe the Light in again through the crown with a long, steady breath filling your body. Surround and embrace anything that feels uncomfortable within you with the Light and bring it to the heart. (These feelings could come from negative thoughts and emotions, physical pain, tightness, or blocks within your body.)
•Exhale the Light through the heart, carrying the energy out of your field through the front of the heart chakra. Begin a figure-8 pattern of movement with the Light by circling it up over the head and down into the back of the heart chakra. Move it through the heart, and then direct it down below the feet and up to the back of the heart chakra. Bring it through the heart again, and continue this figure-8 movement of Light throughout the process.
•The next breath of Light embraces the uncomfortable energy and carries it to the heart. Again, the exhalation directs the Light out of the heart chakra, and the figure 8 movement is repeated. This time it goes to the right and left of the body, circling back around and going to the opposite side in the figure 8 movement. The next cycle of breathe directs the Light through the upper right and lower left quadrant (between the 12 and 3 of the clock and 6 and 9). The Light is then directed to the quadrant on the opposite side (between the 9 and 12 of the clock and the 3 and 6).
•Continue breathing the Light into the crown chakra, filling the aura, surrounding the uncomfortable feeling, settling into the heart, and then bringing it out of the heart with each circulation of Light energy through the heart chakra.
•Continue visualizing the figure 8 in all quadrants of the aura coming out of the heart chakra until the uncomfortable condition transmutes, and you are aligned with the core of your Being.
•This process transmutes the uncomfortable condition and lifts its vibrations to the next perfect expression. Discontinue when you feel completion, centeredness, or a sense of peace with this process.
