PERSONAL STATEMENT

By nature, I’m a healer, and this nurtures the intention of all that I do. It’s the foundation of my artistic expressions and professions and has evolved through a heartfelt passion to communicate the truth from all levels. We each have a unique energy field that supports our identity. I work within the deep feeling levels of this field to empower our divine nature to clear what is blocking health and wholeness and what is preventing our full expression in life.

My technique combines innate abilities and my experience from more than 35 years of professional work in the healing and expressive arts fields. This process shortens or eliminates the need for traditional therapies and empowers alternative healing techniques. My clients report that it brings a renewed sense of purpose and freedom to their lives.

The purpose of my work is to bring forth the authentic expression of one’s being. Here one’s innate nature is spontaneous and felt as the purest impulse to do, be, or say what is most intimately desired. It comes from within from a place of choice rather than from a reactive place of conditioning from outer influences that can limit and shape our lives.

When you change your energy field, you transform your life.

It begins and ends with you. Ultimately, the decisions you make about yourself can either empower or debilitate your energy. I can combine the spiritual alchemy of divine connection and clearing of your energy field with a Human Design reading to integrate, enhance, and define your natural self. When coming from your higher self and freeing yourself from what is holding you back, your response is naturally aligned with the authentic design of your being and you express the loving nature that you are.

I have experienced the expansion and freedom that come from expressing my deepest truth. I also know the pain, frustration, and isolation that arise when I can't say what I feel or desire. Whether it’s from obvious reasons or the spiritual imprisonment of the soul’s deepest longing, nothing is more painful and separating than an inability to express yourself or more compelling and intimate than your divine right to do so.

My years of experience and abilities empower my inner authority to help people express their uniqueness and remove what inhibits that expression. I know how it feels to be influenced by others, and I know the power of changing someone's life with a sentence, a look, or a thought. You also know this. When you live in integrity, you have a responsibility that calls you to align with the authority of your own heart and have the courage to honor it.

EXPERIENCE

The essence of oneself is powerfully communicated through all levels of being. My life and career have led me to help people heal and grow into wholeness and completeness in their lives through spiritual, mental/emotional, and physical expressions.

In my diagnostic experience working with communication disorders, I realized how much communication is dependent on physical, social, emotional, and other influences and how debilitating the loss of this skill can be. As a visual artist, I experience the challenge and freedom of self-expression and the extent to which others can encourage or inhibit you. In my work in film and media production, I have learned to be effective in communicating with and influencing large audiences. As a public speaker, I have learned to remain centered in my deepest essence while addressing the needs of my audience. As a minister, I have gained insight into how much our expression is shaped by religious influences and how hungry we can be for something transcendental to guide our lives. As a teacher and counselor, I have learned to look beneath surface communication to discover what is being communicated energetically, whether others are aware of it or not. As a spiritual healer and human design analyst, I see the perfection of how we’re designed to be and how our energy expresses in ways that are unique to our souls’ purpose. I’ve experienced the effect that spiritual alignment has on our psychological process, and I know how miraculous healing at the deepest levels can be.

BACKGROUND

In 1985 I moved to California from the mountains of North Carolina. I had just finished an art degree and 10 years as a professional speech and language pathologist. After arriving in San Diego, I immediately began studying the "Teaching of the Inner Christ." This brilliant teaching anchored me in consistent practices of prayer and healing work. It also aligned me with the Christ consciousness of my own being on a consistent basis. I practiced the teaching for 15 years and became a minister and, later, the pastor of the center. I taught metaphysics, prayer therapy, and inner sensitivity training at night. My days were filled with inner work while I also developed myself as a professional artist.

The teaching focused on astral healing, which uses the spiritual alchemy of love and light to lift negative thoughts and emotions within our higher feeling nature. Energies from other dimensions can attach to our auras (energy fields), influence our moods, affect our choices and behaviors and even erode our health. They can make an already unhappy person even more unhappy without being able to change it. I learned to heal those suffering from grief, loss and confusion by healing on these other dimensions. It took years for me to develop the inner authority to do this work, which, in short, was my ability to stand without fear in what I know.

I ventured into many other areas of interest as well, like past-life therapy techniques, energetic healing work, shamanism, art therapy, psychosynthesis, in fact, anything that would give me the emotional tools I needed to effect my own healing and to broaden my ability with others. Extensive study of Human Design helped me understand how I'm designed to penetrate the energy fields of others and be sensitive to their thoughts and feelings. I could be intimate with people in non-threatening, compassionate ways, and sometimes take on their problems because my own energy field was so open.

This deepened my spiritual focus on acceptance of myself and others while seeing the perfection of our uniqueness. However, it did not explain how I could heal people at a distance. Long-distance healing is possible when working at the higher levels of energy. I've helped people overcome social phobias, heal the debilitating effects of Epstein-Barr Virus, and make remarkable recoveries from surgery that doctors could not explain. Quite simply, I found love carries the healer and Spirit does the work.
